Keeps and Rugiet are both online services that sell prescription erectile dysfunction medicine after a telehealth review, and both three-ingredient tablets dissolve under the tongue. The main difference is one ingredient: Keeps' Powerhouse uses vardenafil where Rugiet's Ready uses sildenafil. Keeps lists a 60-night money-back guarantee with rules you should read, and for Rugiet you should check the current price and returns policy at checkout before you pay.

What is each product?
Keeps says it runs a 100% online service with four prescription treatments, and it pitches Powerhouse as the option for desire and erection together. Its page calls Powerhouse the first-ever ED treatment that combines ingredients to boost mental arousal and blood flow. The other three are Quicky, which Keeps says contains sildenafil, the ingredient in Viagra; Weekend, which contains tadalafil, the ingredient in Cialis; and Combo, which pairs sildenafil and tadalafil.
Rugiet says Ready is the original 3-in-1 brain and body, arousal-boosting ED treatment, and its homepage lists it as the best seller in its ED range. Rugiet also sells Go Long for premature ejaculation and other products that sit outside this comparison.
Which ingredients does each one use?
Both lineups use apomorphine. Keeps says it stimulates areas of the brain that drive arousal, focus, and control. Rugiet says apomorphine supports dopamine signals to help activate arousal in your brain in minutes. The blood-flow part differs: Powerhouse pairs tadalafil with vardenafil, and Ready pairs sildenafil with tadalafil.
Keeps says its clinicians can customize your dose. For either product, the milligram amount per tablet helps you compare one box with another. Ask each company for the milligram amount on the label before you order.
What do the ingredients do, and what are the side effects?
Harvard Health's ED drug guide says sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil and avanafil all improve blood supply to the penis. The most common side effects it lists are headache, flushing, upset stomach, nasal congestion, vision problems, diarrhea, dizziness and rash.
The most worrying effect is sudden vision or hearing loss, which needs immediate medical attention, according to Harvard Health's erectile dysfunction overview. Harvard also says an erection lasting four hours or more needs hospital care.
Harvard notes that none of the ED drugs is safe to take with nitrate heart medicines, because the combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. Alpha blockers, used for urinary symptoms, can also lower blood pressure, and Harvard advises taking them at least four hours apart from ED drugs. Ask your clinician before you start either tablet if you take nitrates, an alpha blocker or any other prescription.
For apomorphine, the ingredient both lineups share, ask your clinician to go over its side effects with you before your first dose.
ED can be an early warning sign of heart and blood-vessel disease, so talk with your clinician first if you have those conditions, diabetes or a history of prostate surgery. Harvard notes that men with nerves or arteries damaged by those conditions do not respond as strongly to ED drugs.
How fast do they work, and how long do they last?
Harvard Health gives 30 to 45 minutes to start working for tadalafil, with effects lasting 24 to 36 hours. For sildenafil it gives 30 to 60 minutes, with effects lasting 4 to 5 hours. Keeps says its Weekend tadalafil option is active for up to 36 hours, and it describes Powerhouse as faster-acting because it dissolves under the tongue.
Harvard also notes that Viagra and Levitra will not work if you take them after a meal, while Cialis and Stendra do not interact with food this way. Viagra is sildenafil and Levitra is vardenafil.
For how ED drugs affect erections and how their timing differs, Harvard Health's ED drug guide covers both.
What does each one cost?
Keeps' page, as of October 5, 2026, says its treatments start at $1 a day. Under the heading Provider per dose, the same page shows $45 to $70 and $8 to $15. Check the checkout for the exact price of the box you would buy.
Rugiet's homepage, as of October 21, 2026, shows a banner that says buy 2 months of Ready, get 1 free. Prices and bundles change, so check Rugiet's current price directly with the company before you choose.
To work out what one day costs, divide the box price by the number of tablets in it. Check the tablet count and total on each order page before you buy.
Harvard Health says the cost of ED treatment depends on the pharmacy price, co-pays and your health plan. A urologist quoted by the AMA says Viagra and Cialis tend to be cheaper, which is a good point to raise with your clinician.
Refunds, guarantees and shipping
Keeps' terms say its 60-night money-back guarantee covers only eligible ED medication and is for new patients only. Refunds cover only the medication cost from the most recent billing cycle. You must request the refund within 30 days of the most recent billing date, and you must take the medicine as your clinician directs. In practice, that means acting within 30 days of a charge.
Keeps' page also says See results or get your money back, and lists Full refund if ineligible for treatment. Its terms say subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the end of the billing period.
Rugiet's homepage says a doctor reviews your assessment, you are only charged if approved, and the medication arrives in discreet packaging within 48 hours. For its refund window, read the returns policy at checkout. Then email customercare@rugiet.com or call (855) 581-9620 (Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm CT; Saturday, 11am to 4pm CT) to get the refund terms in writing before you pay.
What do buyers say in reviews?
These figures come from each company's own pages, so read them as what each company chose to publish.
Keeps' page shows the heading 2,000,000+ men. Same result. It also says 93% of men report improved confidence after 30 days, 76% report improved desire within the first month, and 85% of men report performance anxiety disappears.
Rugiet's homepage says 700k+ men choose Rugiet and that it is rated Excellent on Trustpilot. One customer quoted there says, Product worked exactly as promised.
For scale, Harvard Health says ED drugs produce an erection sufficient for intercourse in about 70% of otherwise healthy men, and results vary from man to man. Keeps' page says single pills work for 60 to 65% of men.
Which one suits you?
Keeps suits you if you want to choose between single-ingredient and combined options. Its lineup runs from sildenafil alone in Quicky, to tadalafil alone in Weekend, to a sildenafil and tadalafil tablet in Combo, plus the three-ingredient Powerhouse that Keeps built around desire. Its guarantee has written terms you can read before you start.
Rugiet suits you if the three-ingredient Ready tablet with sildenafil, tadalafil and apomorphine is the one you are considering, and the 2-months-plus-1 offer matters to you. Ready is the product Rugiet puts first.
Either one starts with a clinician review, and either one needs a check first if you take nitrates or an alpha blocker.
Questions that decide it for you
Before you order, get answers to these:
- Which ingredients does a clinician recommend for your health history?
- Do you take nitrates or an alpha blocker, and what does your clinician say about them?
- What is the milligram amount per tablet on each label?
- What is the price per box and per day at checkout, including any bundle?
- Can you get the refund window in writing, and what must you do to qualify?
So is Keeps worth it? That depends on those answers, not on a headline price. Whether one works better for you is a question for your clinician and your own results.
Other erectile dysfunction questions
What are the symptoms of erectile dysfunction?
The NIDDK lists three patterns: getting an erection sometimes but not every time you want sex, getting one that does not last long enough for sex, and being unable to get one at any time. Its NIDDK symptoms and causes page also lists common causes, including diabetes, heart and blood-vessel disease, and some medicines.
Can ED go away on its own?
Sometimes. Harvard Health says impotence caused by psychological factors may get better on its own, but treatment is needed when a physical factor is the cause. Speak to your doctor if you have trouble getting or keeping an erection for three months or more. Our guide on losing an erection during sex covers causes and next steps.
What lifestyle changes can help with erectile dysfunction?
Harvard Health lists eating a healthy diet, exercising daily, avoiding cigarette smoking, and keeping blood pressure and cholesterol normal as steps that may help. An AMA interview with a urologist says exercise promotes good cardiovascular health and decreases the risk of erectile dysfunction. Read the AMA's erectile dysfunction interview for the full discussion.
How do I get a harder erection naturally?
Harvard Health says it does not have strong proof yet that a healthier lifestyle reverses erectile problems, but it says the changes can't hurt. The lifestyle steps above are the place to start, and a clinician can tell you whether a medicine is needed.
My husband takes Viagra and doesn't tell me. What should I do?
Start with the safety point. Viagra is sildenafil, and Harvard Health says none of the ED drugs should be taken with nitrate heart medicines because of the risk of a dangerous drop in blood pressure. Talk with him directly about what he takes, and encourage him to review it with his doctor or pharmacist.
