- Whether you're “recovered enough” to train hard again — soreness is one signal among several, not a stopwatch
- What supplement, cream, or recovery product will reduce your soreness — a log tracks training variables, not product outcomes
General hydration and recovery basics

Exact fluid needs vary by person, climate, and activity level, and there isn't one verified number for how much extra water someone needs on a hard training day that applies to everyone.
