Blast Fitness offers a wide variety of Group Exercise classes for our Platinum Members to choose from.  Whether you’re looking for an intense cardio workout or a peaceful relaxation class, we have what you are looking for.  Here is a sample of some of the classes we offer.  (Classes may vary by club)

Zumba

The hottest low impact aerobic workout happening today in the fitness industry. A fat burning, easy to follow fiery Latin low impact interval cardio workout.

Spinning

Provides the outdoor ride experience indoors. Your instructor will guide you through various types of terrains, utilizing gear and speed levels, all set to motivating music, and visualization cues.

Turbo Kick

Looking for some fun? This class, from L.A, mixes heart pumping kickboxing with some funky dance moves, all choreographed to the hottest music!

20 20 Core

20 minutes of cardio,20 minutes of fat shredding weights and 20 minutes of core conditioning. You will be challenged to choreography blended with total body toning cardio and weights combined!

30 Kick 30 Tone

Upbeat step choreography meets body defining total body toning! This is the best of both worlds, cardio and weights combined to maximize your results, and fun!

6 Pack Ab Attack

A full 30 minute core central abdominal workout exercises designed to strengthen the entire core

Armed Ab’d and Tone

This workout is designed to firm arms and build a flatter midsection

Barre Burn

This total body workout slims your hips, tightens your thighs, lifts your seats and mobilizes your metabolism. Utilizing ballet movements, intelligent isometrics, challenges in cardio, range of motion and progressive core training. Class uses 1, 2 and 3 lb weights.

Bootcamp Conditioning

Core cardio and full body weight exercises are combined with strength training in a quick, no nonsense pace.

Bootie Kickin Step

This high energy funky step class integrates powerful step combinations. An awesome fat burning workout with fun music & energetic choreography

Butts and Gutts

Great lower body workout designed to burn fat and tone muscles in your lower body. Your legs and core are primary target.

Core Strength n’ Stretch

A complete core strength and flexibility. It challenges the complete core workout using updated techniques that promise to slim your waist and release lactic acid.

T.G.I.F SPINNING

This celebratory end of the week ride, will help you blow off the steam of your hectic week, and give you the perfect rush of good endorphins to start your weekend off right!

Hatha Yoga

A gentle flow vinyasa practice that focuses on traditional transitions between posture and awareness of breath and mind.

Pilates

Pilates is one of the most effective workouts for the core around! Emphasis on the technique will allow you to focus on strengthen your core, lengthening your muscles, and breathing benefits.

PILOXING®

PILOXING® uniquely mixes Pilates and boxing into a fat torching and muscle sculpting workout guaranteed to whip you into shape, using a class format that’s both fun and challenging.

Pi-Yo™

is a fun, challenging class fusing Pilates and Yoga. You will burn calories, tone muscles, work on balance and get a great stretch!

Power Flow Yoga

This dynamic flow of yoga sequences linked to breathing is physically energizing. By utilizing the breath as a reference, will allow you to return and rest in the present

R.I.P.P.E.D

A fun, high energy total body conditioning class that alternates 10 minutes of cardio drills followed by 10 minutes of intense weight training. All muscle groups will be targeted by combining free weights and anaerobic conditioning

Strike Kick

A high impact workout that sculpts by fusing authentic martial arts, boxing and cardiovascular training.

Total Body Melt

A full body strength training workout that creates lean muscle mass and burns body fat.  All levels will enjoy this class.

Tred and Shred

This fantastic work out leaves boring behind, as you tackle various terrains, such as hills, flat roads, and various speeds.  Light weights are utilized to maximize fat and calorie burning!

Weight Training 101

This class takes classic weight room style strength exercises, and puts them in one class for tried and true results!
